• Linac power and control: ETM has developed complete power systems for our   customer’s linac applications in medicine and security. • These ODM systems leverage ETM’s capabilities in high power, high voltage, and    high power microwave electronics: • Gun modulator with interleaved level control. • Klystron or magnetron modulators with <0.75% ripple. • Automatic frequency control for klystron systems. • Solenoid control, vacuum system control, SF6 pressure control. • Multi-kW, closed loop, +/- 0.25 oC liquid-to-air cooling system.
