High Power Electronics   Power conversion is at the core of every ETM product.  ETM has developed a comprehensive series of power inverter modules. These power supplies and inverter products range from 500 watts to 100’s of kW, and include standard families of AC-to-DC, and DC-to-AC converters. They are applied in virtually every ETM  product, from creating 100 kV of DC high voltage in a radar transmitter, to inverting 500V DC into to 240V three phase AC in a high power solar inverter.

ETM has taken into production specific families of converters at the 2 kW, 3.5 kW, 8kW, 12 kW, 20 kW, and 40 kW power levels. Additionally, ETM's portfolio includes high power, high frequency switches, which are capable of switching MHz PRFs and thousands of volts.
