High Power Electronics   Power conversion is at the core of every ETM product.  ETM has developed a comprehensive series of power inverter modules. These power supplies and inverter products range from 500 watts to hundreds of kW, and include standard families of AC-to-DC and DC-to-AC converters. They are applied in virtually every ETM  product, from our radar transmitters, where they create 100 kV of DC high voltage, to our high power solar inverters, where they invert 500v DC to 240v three-phase AC.

ETM has taken into production specific families of converters at the 2 kW, 3.5 kW, 8kW, 12 kW, 20 kW, and 40 kW power levels. Additionally, ETM's portfolio includes high power, high frequency switches, which are capable of switching MHz PRFs and thousands of volts.
