Power Combining with Hybrid Magic-Tee
Since 1995 ETM has built over 100 amplifiers that internally combine multiple tubes using hybrid magic-tees. Systems can be built for wide-band (more than one octave) and narrow-band applications, and can use pulsed or CW tubes. Regardless of frequency, we can build a power combined system in any band where a tube exists.

One question asked by customers is how much additional work a power combined system might mean to the user. ETM's design approach to power combining is transparent to the user and requires no additional phase adjustment or voltage matching once the unit has shipped. Each system simply operates as if only one tube were being used.
