    Although ETM is well known for its high level of service and customer support, our first commitment is to design and build systems that are highly reliable in the field, under the most demanding conditions.

    ETM's support solutions include 24-hour telephone support with our Customer Service Department. Technicians can talk directly to an ETM service representative who will walk you through the steps required for in-the-field repair, getting you back on-line as quickly as possible. In the case of module replacement for ETM HPAs, spare modules are kept in stock at ETM and are available for overnight shipment. For components that have longer lead times, ETM offers depot support options to minimize down time.

If equipment must be returned, you can send your equipment to one of our ETM authorized service centers, which are strategically located around the globe. ETM qualified technicians in these centers will perform necessary repairs and return the equipment to you as quickly as possible.
